In a very proud moment for an Indian brand, KMF’s (Karnataka Milk Federation) Nandini will sponsor two British nations in the upcoming T20 WC. Great Britain consists of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Nandini will sponsor Scotland and Ireland. It is a huge achievement for a venture that started way back in 1974. KMF is owned by the Karnataka Government and like most of the milk companies in the country, it also works on the principle of cooperatives.
The upcoming World Cup will be the ninth edition of the clash of the teams in the shortest format. It is being hosted by the West Indies and the USA. Total twenty teams will participate in the tournament from all across the world which will be played from 1 June to 29 June.
England, another country belonging to the British Isles, is the defending champion.
Scotland is placed in group B along with England and Australia while Ireland is in group A along with India and Pakistan.
