The Parks track at Morphettville will conduct a nine race meeting on Saturday. The weather is fine, the track is good (4) and the rail is out six metres from the 1000m-Winning Post; Out three metres for the remainder.

3 Another Free Glass (Bet Now: $4.20) can bounce back returning to the Parks track. He spanked them two back here before going to 2500m at Murray Bridge where he was there to win at the top of the straight but couldn’t quite finish it off behind Wheels. I reckon 2500m is a bridge too far for him. Getting back to the Parks track and back in trip, he appeals against these for me.
Danger
1 Dixie Whistler (Bet Now: $2.45) will jump on the bunny to prove hard to run down. She has finished behind Wheels her past two, the latest being at Murray Bridge a fortnight back. She tried her guts out and kicked hard but had no answers for the finale produced by the in form mare. Back to this track/distance, she’ll land on speed and give a bold sight.
Long Shot
Back up in trip should suit 4 Plaisir (Bet Now: $4.40). Dominant win two back at Balaklava two back racing over 1950m here last Saturday where he attempted to lead throughout and gave a strong kick but couldn’t quite finish it off when fourth to Samedi. Back up in distance, lands on the bunny and will give a bold sight at a likely decent price.

6 Looks Like A Lady (Bet Now: $19.00) took a little while to break the maiden tag but now that she has got the win on the board, she can go on with it. That win came last Wednesday in a Strathalbyn maiden where she was on speed throughout and gee she trucked under Neindorf. Once he pushed the button, away she went and she was miles too good. Off that effort, she commands respect here.
Danger
3 Eaglelou (Bet Now: $3.00) is bursting to win a race and I think he gets a great chance here for the Magro/Bush camp. He ran over the mile at Murray Bridge two weeks ago where he was given a peach by Potter and was there to win but couldn’t quite get there when second to Silent Surrente. That was his first run in a month so you’d think with room for improvement, he’ll take beating.
Long Shot
11 Sirmaze (Bet Now: $91.00) can run a cheeky race here at a price. He was a big drifter in betting last time out in a solid 58 at Bordertown and I’d be forgiving of the run after getting a fair way out of his ground, not making much headway on what is a tricky track. His best is good enough to pinch a first four spot and the depth here, as a whole, is on the thin side.

Back Me
7 Rich Gina (Bet Now: $2.40) doesn’t have the best of racing patterns but the small field should ensure she’s not far off them in the run and can launch late. She did that fresh at Murray Bridge two weeks ago and finished off with purpose, just missing out on the win when a narrow second to Bubble Over. Good record on the Parks track, second up winner and will take holding out.
Danger
6 Daring Move (Bet Now: $3.00) can resume with a win here for Team Jolly. This girl is first up, having not raced since November 26 when far from disgraced in the Doveton at Caulfield on Zipping Classic Day behind Jigsaw. She saves her best for the Parks track, she’s unbeaten fresh and her recent jumpout was a very good piece of work. Hard to beat fresh against these.
Long Shot
1 Parsifal (Bet Now: $20.00) is getting on in years but he can run a much improved race here. He ran three weeks ago on the course proper here and failed to beat a runner home behind speed demon Philonize, just being run off his legs and couldn’t fire a shot. The depth here is nowhere near as strong and if he brings anyway near his best, he can take this out.

Back Me
4 Fiorada Lad (Bet Now: $2.80) has a really good engine under the hood and could be a SA Derby horse. He resumed over this trip a fortnight back at Murray Bridge where he was a real mess pre race, getting himself into a real mood, and despite doing all that, I thought he ran a very credible race in defeat. If he behaves himself this time around and conserves his energy, he’ll take beating.
Danger
10 Toast The Deel (Bet Now: $3.80) is knocking on the door to break the maiden tag. She is four weeks between runs since racing over 1400m here in a solid benchmark race and I thought was far from disgraced in defeat behind Starts With Hello, beaten just under four lengths. Like her back to maiden company, along with back in trip, and the tick over trial was a good piece of work.
Long Shot
2 Fantastic Host (Bet Now: $20.00) is a Hickmott/Riggs trained gelding that is one for multiples. Ran at the midweeks at Balaklava last time where he was near the speed throughout and battled on pretty well in defeat when second to impressive winner Exalted Dame. Third up from a break so should be at peak fitness and with his racing style, he’ll give a sight I’m sure.

6 Lamoree (Bet Now: $8.00) is four weeks between runs for Team Jolly since resuming at this track/distance where she had the suck run behind the speed and presented to win but just had no answers late for Mr Have A Chat. She does tend to race best when having fresh legs so four weeks between runs is ideal and this race is on the thin side. Hard to beat.
Danger
2 Winning Revolution (Bet Now: $12.00) is capable with his best so I’d watch the market. He has been kept on ice since January 28 when fourth behind Endlessly, where he seemingly had his chance and was a bit on the plain side. He has the talent under the hood. Just hasn’t produced it on a consistent basis but this race is lacking serious depth.
Long Shot
7 Mischievous Tycoon (Bet Now: $51.00) is a Grant Kluske trained mare that resumes. This girl hasn’t raced since breaking her maiden tag at Oakbank, giving them a spanking over 1100m in what was a one run prep. Can’t find a recent jumpout for her but she comes back off a high and usually those type of horses return with a bang, so watch the market.

Back Me
2 Love Magic (Bet Now: $12.00) has to be respected. He ran in the Nicajon race from a few weeks back and was solid from the back after doing work from the wide gate, trying to find a spot. He found the line well enough without threatening, beaten just over three lengths. I think the rise to 1250m will be fine and although he will be spotting them a start, he will be strong at the end.
Danger
8 Barbaline (Bet Now: $4.60) looks to be in for a good prep for Matty Seyers. First run for the camp came at the midweeks at Balaklava where the market said she was there to rock and roll. She did a little bit of work from the wide gate but nothing too drastic and was well held late when second to Not A Single Bid. Better for the run under the belt, she has run well in town previously, so I am not penning her.
Long Shot
3 Bamyan Buddha (Bet Now: $15.00) is a Grant Young trained gelding that is certainly capable with his best. He ran three weeks ago over 1200m on the course proper here. He just did too much work from the wide gate, sitting on speed, and that burn just told late when down the track behind Nicajon. Think he’s much better suited on the course proper than the Parks track, but he has the quality to beat these.

Back Me
2 More Reward (Bet Now: $14.00) is a good filly resuming, I dare say with an eye towards the Oaks given she ended last prep on a high when taking out the Hill Smith over 1800m. Bigger fish to fry but two trials and a jumpout under the belt for the return, I’d watch the market and see what it does with her, whether it says she’s ready to go or not.
Danger
1 Kiki Express (Bet Now: $4.20) should appreciate a rise to 1400m for Travis Doudle. She was kept relatively safe in betting when resuming over 1100m on the course proper here three weeks ago and I thought did a good job in a fast run race won by Philonize, who ran third at Stakes level on Monday, so the form reads well. Like her up to 1400m and back to her own age, she’s hard to beat.
Long Shot
12 Karaka Kiwi (Bet Now: $35.00) should take beating against these. Jordan Frew trained gelding that is three weeks between runs since resuming over 1100m on the course proper here. He got a fair way out of his ground from the wide gate and while he was never a threat, I thought he made up good headway, beaten just over three lengths by Arugamama. Tick over trial last week was strong and fitter, up in trip, he appeals.

Back Me
7 Ambidazzle (Bet Now: $7.00) returns to SA and gate one, down in the weights, I think she is a great each way gamble for Phillip Stokes. All three runs this time in have come in Victoria, the latest at the midweeks at Sandown when down the track behind a good mare in Unusual Culture. Saves her best for the Parks track and drawn gate one, doing no work, she’ll do me each way.
Danger
1 Alsvior (Bet Now: $7.50) won’t know himself in a 68 for Team Jaensch. His recent runs have in 82/86 rated races, and for the most part, he has been far from disgraced, the latest run being three weeks ago on the course proper here where he was game in defeat over the mile when second to Disagreeable Miss. Back in trip should be fine and in terms of class, he has plenty on these. Clearly appeals.
Long Shot
2 Munster (Bet Now: $13.00) is getting towards D-Day. He ran over 1400m a few weeks back where he was back from the wide gate and tried to get involved but couldn’t and was a bit on the plain side late in the piece behind Saskatoon. He keeps impressing me at the trials but on race day, he struggles, so this is D-Day for him IMO because this is a winnable race and he has a bit of class compared to most.

Back Me
12 Miss Remski (Bet Now: $13.00) is a progressive filly for Peter Hardacre that I think will be suited back to 1000m. She has won her past two, both at 1200m, breaking the maiden two back at Gawler before a narrow but strong win at Mount Gambier against the older horses. Back in trip I do like for her and drawn to do no work, I think she can measure up.
Danger
7 The Gov (Bet Now: $6.50) commands respect for Shayne Cahill. This mare was hard in the market as favourite when resuming at the midweeks at Balaklava and under a peach from Pannell, she had a suck run behind the speed before angling clear at the right time and finished best to score. Has run well at Saturday metro level previously and has good upside to come. Leading contender.
Long Shot
5 Jaazeb (Bet Now: $15.00) is a Richards/Moyle trained gelding that is three weeks between runs since racing over 1050m on the course proper here where he had to do too much work from the tricky gate and felt the pinch late behind Shirshov. Has a good record on the Parks track and with a more economical run in transit, he can take this out.
